In each of the two years of the programme, you will legally be employed on a one-year fixed term contract with the organisation you’re working with for that year.
Your starting salary will be £24,000.
Both organisations share a fundamental belief in giving their people the opportunity to grow and realise their full potential. You will be supported and encouraged to develop your skills throughout, and beyond, the two year graduate development programme.
