You will be based for year one at either Macmillan Cancer Support or the British Heart Foundation headquarters: during your second year you will swap organisations. Both are based within Central London and we will let you know which organisation you will be placed in for the first year once you have been selected.
The recruitment process has three stages:
- Online application: via a link on our graduate website

No, this is not necessary as you will gain this experience through the placements during the scheme.
You will receive a competitive salary which is benchmarked against other graduate programmes, especially those at other charities. You will also receive a range of attractive benefits.
Unfortunately not. The assessment exercises at the assessment centre cannot be carried out remotely. Further, given the planning and resources required, we cannot offer alternative dates to the 2nd, 3rd or 6th March. We will of course be as flexible as possible within these dates.
It is key that those who are offered the role can join the induction programme which starts in the first week of September.
We will be recruiting four graduates for the 2020 programme.
